Our clients turn to us to amplify their voices within policy ecosystems, build credibility with key stakeholders, and position themselves as trusted leaders in their industries. By leveraging our combined and diverse expertise, we help clients craft compelling policy narratives, identify opportunities for engagement, and shape the conversation around their unique business models or technology. While each of us does this independently for clients via our own companies, there are some engagements for which we find that we’re stronger together, providing clients with a wider range of expertise and a more comprehensive service offering through our collaboration.

Jannah Patchay
Founder, MARKETS EVOLUTION
Jannah specialises in financial markets innovation and strategy. She has played a key role in advancing the UK’s regulatory agenda on CBDCs, stablecoins, and digital assets, and in building and supporting many of the organisations that have been most active in this space in both public and private sectors. As an Originating Member and former Executive Director and Policy Lead of the Digital Pound Foundation, she was instrumental in its 2021 launch to advocate for a thriving and diverse digital money ecosystem in the UK and globally. Jannah continues to actively engage in policy and regulatory development as a Global Ambassador for Stablecoin Standard, Executive in Residence at Global Digital Finance and Expert Member of the Digital Euro Association, and was formerly a Director and Regulatory Advocacy Ambassador for the London Blockchain Foundation. She is also an Affiliate Member of the Qatar Centre for Global Banking and Finance, Kings College London.
Andrew Whitworth
Founder, Global Policy Ltd
Andrew is a policy and regulatory expert specialising in financial technology. He brings in-house Policy Director expertise from crypto, payments and fintech companies like Ripple and Curve, with a particular focus on the UK, EU and Middle East. Previously he served as an official at the Bank of England, developing its policy for fintech, stablecoins, CBDCs and crypto. Andrew is a Visiting Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence and an Adjunct Professor at IE University in Madrid. He researches and teaches on the international political economy of financial innovation. He holds a PhD from the Johns Hopkins University SAIS in Washington, DC.
Laura Navaratnam
Director, Gattaca Horizons
Laura is a fintech policy expert, specializing in digital assets. She is currently a Director at bespoke fintech consultancy Gattaca Horizons, supporting a broad range of US and UK based fintech clients and leveraging her experience to provide policy, regulatory and strategy advice. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Zero Hash UK, a leading crypto-as-a-service provider. Prior to joining Gattaca, Laura served as the Head of the UK FCA’s Innovate function, which included responsibility for all aspects of fintech regulation and support, including cryptoasset policy.
